Good ice cream. I love the cake options — main reason I keep coming back. It is a bit pricey compared to other shops in the area (i.e., $7.50 for a kiddie ice cream with 1 topping, $60 for a medium ice cream cake with limited customization). I also hate that they ask if I want to leave a tip every time they scan my card.

I took my mom here on Mother’s Day around 1:30pm and the experience was honestly disappointing from start to finish. The employee who took our order was immediately rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. It felt like we were bothering her the entire time. I ordered a large soft serve in a waffle cone, and my mom ordered a medium (their regular size). Multiple employees were working, and unfortunately, both interactions we had were unfriendly. Braintree location is by far the best! The young lady working 11/14/25 who took my order ( completely forgot to ask for her name) was so sweet, patient and super informative. I got a butterfinger mixer, cherry Italian ice with layers of nerds candy, a baked brownie sundae with coffee oreo ice cream and a blue raspberry Italian ice. They have SO many flavors to choose from and allow you to sample. They also have jars of Jimmies you can buy! Candy, drinks, tipsy ice cream, ice cream cakes and pies are available too! I went in there on Mother’s Day with my daughter. I asked for a medium ice cream and a waffle Cone, she got a waffle cone with soft serve large…. They need to clarify their prices. Because I was trying to understand and she said we were charged the same and I was trying to figure out. How could they charge if one got a large and one got a medium. And then they charge you a dollar to use your credit card not cool.. And the waitresses were very rude.
