Ice cream is good. Lots of flavors and enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake sundae. The staff behind the counter were very nice. Leaving a review because the older blonde lady behind the counter was cussing out one of the younger staff for no reason, in front of customers. Sounds like a toxic work environment, though all of the other workers seemed quite nice. The elderly was very unprofessional.

Good selection of ice cream types, toppings and some places to sit inside and outside. Not a quiet place to sit, since there are kids inside sometimes possibly more so on weekends. Good service and nice ice cream

This place is one of my favorite places to go to for ice cream. And when anyone I know is having a birthday and I'm bringing cake, I go there and get their Oreo ice cream cake which is one of the best ice cream cakes I've ever had. They have ample outdoor seating and are right next to the Norwood common, so even if all the seats are taken (which they rarely are) you can go sit on the grass at the common. Someone's the lines are long and you will see them going out of the store but service is fast so the wait is around 15 minutes. Best part is, it's 5 minutes away from my house.
