Many new diner/cafes have opened in Broken Arrow over the last several years. The well-established favorites get overlooked as everyone rushes to the new eateries for a few weeks. Meanwhile the old favorites keep on cranking out delicious food to their loyal customers. Eventually the new gets old, customers sort things out and the strong performers survive.
