“Great food, friendly service”

Went for my lunch break at work, and decided to go to taco bell. I put in my order and thirty minutes go by, mind you by this point I was due back at work almost 10 minutes ago, and they had only just started making my food. This would've been understandable had they been busy, but this was quite literally the least busy taco bell I have ever seen. Also might I add that there was not a hair net in sight. From there it took almost an additional 15 minutes for my food to be done.

Props for the lightning-fast drive-thru service, you got me in and out in record time! Unfortunately, the 4-piece chicken tenders I ordered for my son were charred beyond recognition. I'm talking hockey puck hardness here. You'd think iIf you're going to add tenders to the menu, maybe learn how to cook them first? Because these are inedible! There's a big difference between "crispy" and "fossilized." Speed is great, but not when the food is inedible! Food= ⭐ Speed of Service= ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How does a burrito (cheesy bean and rice) that cost almost 3 times less than this have more stuff in it? Almost 5 dollars for a "beefy" 5 layer burrito and I get a tortilla with some tortilla on the side.

Wow.. drive thru was the worst as it has ever been, the DLT was almost $1 more than the price on the drive thru menu, received no sauces in the bag or napkins. There is absolutely no pride in the service or food here at this location at night. 5/21/26 Yikes.. I uploaded the Crunchwrap I ordered. No idea what this is but mostly tortilla
