I understand that the staff may have been busy or handling other matters. However, I stood inside the establishment for approximately 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged in any way. During that time, I was on my work break and had limited availability. When I politely asked the elderly staff member if it would be much longer, her response made me feel as though I was being intrusive simply for asking a reasonable question. I ordered my subway on DoorDash just so I can go pick it up and have it easier turns out the employee gave away my food to someone random without checking and tried hiding and started walking away from me knowing they messed up when I asked them about MY ORDER. Poor customer service

I ordered through the app. Picked up my sandwiches. When I went home, I come to find out that my 1 foot tuna sandwich only had one scoop of tuna and there was only a few pieces of chicken on my other 1 foot sandwich. I know subway started skimping people on meat because they want people to pay more for extra meat but this was beyond that. There was literally just veggies on the sandwich. This location and the guy making these sandwiches are trash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

I tried to order delivery for my lunch break, and wouldn’t have come for 2 hours… I ordered tuna. When I tried to call and cancel the order the lady said she couldn’t do it and kept telling me “it’s okay you can come to the store”. I called again heated and she said “just this one time I will cancel for you”. It seemed reasonable to me considering when I ordered it said it would only take 15-25 minutes. She just didn’t want to do it.
