so this is a tough one. my girlfriend and i decided to try this prime rib place 2 hours away from where we live excited on valentine’s day. my experience was pretty great, i got the select cut of the new york steak with creamed spinach and a loaded baked potato. everything was really solid except for the baked potato it was a little cold and the toppings weren’t the highest of quality but i didn’t mind. salad was AMAZING with a creamy horseradish dressing i believe. my girlfriend’s experience on the other hand wasn’t great. she got the broadway cut of prime rib with creamed corn and mashed pot

Overall a decent experience. But charging HOPR prices ($5 cheaper)is a little steep if you’re not delivering HOPR quality. I got the broadway cut medium rare English cut. Was definitely medium after it cooked on the plate. Not sure why the plates are so hot. This only happened to mine. Would recommend for the kids cut.

Prime NY Steak was flavorless, al the food was 4/10 fine but would not recommend. No flavor everything kinda sloppy and put together. Service was great! Atmosphere was ok. Will not be coming back.

I ordered the Broadway Cut Prime Rib with the bone medium rare, but more on the rare side and it came in the way I had ordered it. It was a wonderful meal and our group shared tiramisu and a strawberry cheesecake for dessert.
