This revewr is for this location only. 3 cashier's out of 16 laines, 3 self checkouts working if you want to call them working. Out of the OTC vitamins I wanted, every other Walmart I go to always has them in stock. Picked up a grill brush from the box on display with the price and QR code on the shelf and the item only to be told at checkout that I can't buy it because it doesn't exist, huh??? Come on Walmart Burton Michigan. Do better, be better!

Payed a visit today to automotive with my 2022 Trax thanks to Valvoline hiring a guy who had no idea when you remove the terminals of a car battery you remove negative first then positive and when you go to reinstall the terminals you do it in reverse positive then negative 🤦🏼. The battery was going on 4 years old but never had a problem until the guy who was talking to me when I was getting my oil changed had to catch him more than once incorrectly handling the battery. The car would not even start when they asked me to start it so the guy had to grab the jump box with the other guy catch

My review has nothing to do with the store because I've had so many bad experiences here with employees being rude. However, two employees stood out to me with their exceptional kindness. The door man seen the situation I was in trying to do a return. After he witnessed another employee be rude to me, he went out of his way and got a manager for me. I'm sorry I did not get his name but he was truly a wonderful worker and person. The second Walmart employee who stood out to me was the Manager Kay! She made my daughter's night!
