Let me start by saying, I love bond and bevel. I love the atmosphere and the message they share. And I usually really enjoy the coffee. However, my most recent visit left me a bit disappointed. I ordered an Americano, just a hot, black Americano. The rest of my family ordered Italian sodas. When I was finally able to take a drink, I was so bummed. If you know coffee and want to taste good coffee, you know to use clean, good water and the order of preparation and timing makes a big difference for a quality Americano. I went in just to see how it was, and I wound up staying for 2 hours reading my book instead. I had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I don't drink coffee, myself, but I ordered a hot chocolate. It may have been one of the best I've had. I wound up ordering a second. Obviously I can't speak to the quality of the coffee itself, but if it's even with the hot chocolate, it's stupendous. And the price is beyond reasonable, I expected it to cost much more than it did. Thank you for the experience, and I'll be sure to visit again.

Very nice coffee shop. It was really masculine in its architecture and design, but in a cozy way. The coffee was delicious as well. They had a pretty extensive menu with some seasonal drinks. I thought it was pretty cute that they had a kids menu as well. Lots of seating, both tables and couches.

Here's some advance notice: The Downtown Caldwell Winter Wonderland ice skating and a million lights starts up 1 million nightlights daily from dusk to dawn November 22 through January 13. This is an ideal time to drop by Bond & Bevel for an evening warmer up coffee, hot chocolate or specialty drink and pastries. However I enjoy the quality of their latte's and scones year round. The coffee and tea menus and pricing are really quite reasonable and your money is helping a local business instead of a National chain.
