Went in with a gift card to order three sandwiches and the workers started by saying what do you want and I said a 6inch turkey and provolone sandwiches she then made me a number 16 which a steak Philly and we went in right after to get it replaced and they were nothing but argumentative. Promise you it take 2 minutes to make a sandwich and this is a multi billion dollar company just make me the sandwich that I wanted. There was miscommunication and that happens in life but how about we act like we’re at our job getting paid and just give me the right sandwich.

Went in today, sandwiches were amazing as always, store was very clean, and Nina's service especially was exceptional. There was a little bit of a wait, while waiting she spoke to everyone and made a conversation about their day, how they are ect. Was great with people's kids, all while topping the sandwiches and helping her co workers with extra things in between.

All right so I grew up in Northern California where sourdough seems like it grows on trees... A lot of Italians because it's the wine country... Not Napa valley but Sonoma valley. When I say I know deli sandwiches good that's my background lol I'm also 6'8 350 lb so I haven't missed many meals ... I know food. Overall the experience was decent but I felt so bad for the ladies serving us the sun was just beaming on them. District needs to install a sunshade in this building. You can't sit down to eat without getting a headache and I was wearing my sunglasses. Not only.is it unsafe for it to be blinding your employees but it makes the atmosphere awful to be in which is sad because I love Jersey Mike's. PLEASE INSTALL SUN SHADES!!!!! FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BUT MOST OF ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!! But I wanna give 5 stars 🌟 to the ladies helping us even under those conditions they were truly amazing!!! 👏
