What a FUN place! When I want breakfast, I want flavor!! Uncle John's delivered that! The staff are super friendly and confident. I love when they share their recommendations. I ordered the South of the Boarder skillet-style eith chorizo, and my husband ordered the Cuban Benedict. Let's say the carnita was outstanding!!! Don't forget to grab yourself a stack of pancakes. I'll share a stack next time!

Their California Benedict is one of the loveliest eggs Benedict I've ever had (and I seek out delicious eggs Benedict the way my husband seeks out delicious steak). The pancakes were also fabulous. So delicious. I did the blueberry pancakes with the fruit added. Plus bacon and eggs. The pancakes were the best I've had in a long time. Alot of places you add fruit and its premixed strawberry goop. That was not what they serve. It was fresh cut strawberry fresh cut banana and fresh blueberries. Omg so yummy.
