We sat at the bar at Outback Steakhouse, and initially, the service was friendly—Cynthia brought us our drinks and the bread right away. However, after that, we had to wait about 10 minutes before we were able to place our food order. Once the food arrived, we weren’t asked once if everything was okay. Our glasses sat empty for several minutes, I actually had to get her attention to order another drink and in the meantime she chatted with coworkers in the back as we could see her and was on her phone in the bar area, which was very quiet. She never cleared any of our dirty plates from our app
