Since the Fort Lowell and Campbell location changed management, they have had serious attitude problems. I placed my order online to take advantage of a coupon code. The staff at Subway told me that any order placed online can have no customization!! He said he would make it like I wanted this time but never again. I stated that because of his attitude, it would be my last visit. He didn't care. The manager was listening to this whole conversation so I assume that it goes deeper than just the guy waiting on me. Formerly, management would put the customer first, this group does not care. I used
