First time eating here. I went with the brisket sandwich meal. Comes with a sandwich, cornbread and 2 sides. I went with fries and coleslaw for my sides. They definitely give you a ton of food for your meal. The brisket sandwich was very good and tasty. They do not skimp on meat for your sandwich. It tasted great. The only issue I had was with the sides, the fries had way too much salt. I loved that they were waffle fries and they gave you plenty for your side, but way too salty. Coleslaw was too soupy. We have always had great service until today. We ordered the loades fries with a double order of beef brisket Cindy Lou charged us a lot more than we usually get charged when go. When I asked about is she got upset about it. The customer next to me came over to me and commented how scary she was and she almost turned around and ran out the door. When we got home, the fries were hardly cooked. They were cold and soggy. We had to put them in our air fryer to cook them more. We will definitely be switching to Starbecks again.

Only problem is that I ordered online through cindylousbbq website and they did not receive my order. I had the order number and showed the pending charge on my credit card when I went to pick up. They still filled my order quickly. We had the pulled pork sandwich special. Probably would prefer a second side rather than a drink but the sandwich was huge and everything was delicious

The Mac is so good here. My fiancé regularly comes to grab Mac before she goes to work and we finally got a chance to sit down here after months. The meat was good, the cornbread was awesome, and the Mac was great as expected. It was around 20 bucks for both of us to eat and it was way more than enough. I like to make sliders, but you could literally mix it all together in a bowl and it’d taste like heaven with the spicy bbq. We ate on the patio while nobody else was out there and it felt very homey.
