Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude from the moment I walked in and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. On top of that, the food was wrapped so poorly that it started falling apart before I could even eat it, making a huge mess. Customer service and basic food presentation clearly aren’t priorities here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect respectful service and your order to be prepared properly.

Whenever you mobile order the employees are lazy and make the burritos half the size and 95% rice. It only had maybe half of the ingredients we ordered. Pancheros customer service apparently had nobody that could field our call at 1:30 PM, last time we emailed them and they never got back to us or reimbursed anything. For 13$ each, Pablo’s is a much better option, plus their employees actually care.

I took one bite and then looked down, and there it was…🤢🤮 You need to instruct your employees to wear hair nets because this is not acceptable. I appreciated the nice service, but this experience really upset me; I felt like I wasted my money, and it made my stomach turn.

I arrived into cedar falls very late at night. Everything else for some decent meal is closed. Decided to stop by here and I was impressed with the service and the food. When I am in the area again I will definitely stop by again. Thanks!
