I’ve been a fan of Two Scoops since the early days and love seeing a Charlotte-born brand expand around the city.. but the South End location feels like a spot they either gave up on or never fully invested in. For a neighborhood like South End, I expect a higher level of fit and finish. Instead, it’s dark, not particularly clean, and while the staff isn’t rude, it’s definitely not Chick-fil-A energy either. Being directly connected to Sabor, you’d think they’d tighten up the presentation and make this store a showcase for the brand. Instead, walking in feels like a rushed high-school project

They rotate their flavors, and have interesting flavors, which keeps things interesting because everytimewe go there's something new. It's more affordable compared to a lot of other places...and we get coupons by text which is nice too!
