Bluegrass Grill, Chattanooga Breakfast Review We made our way to Bluegrass Grill for breakfast on our first day visiting Chattanooga , and it quickly became clear why this place has such a strong reviews . The experience started well from the moment we sat down. Water arrived right away, followed by coffee served in large, homey ceramic mugs, a small touch that immediately made me feel warm and welcomed. The owners love Bluegrass music, is what I heard.. Carrie and Ben (13 yr old busser- adorable) took care of me and answered all my tourist questions. I had the Portobello Benedict on their house made 5 grain toast. The home fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The Benedict was fantastic.. eggs poached just right and the hollandaise was lemony light and not too rich. I always add hot sauce to mine, and they make their own. I recommend the smoky mountain sauce.
