Ordered a medium well steak and received a raw steak instead. After sending it back, they brought me the same already cut steak, but now completely overcooked and dry. Very unprofessional handling of the situation and definitely not the quality I expected.

The food was good, and the environment was nice, but I really want to call out the lovely service. Our waitress was the fantastic Adriana M! She was so friendly and outgoing, really making a connection and working to make us feel welcome! And she got everything we needed or wanted to our table in record time! We’d had a really long day of driving from Iowa and it really made the night special.

Honestly overall horrified by my experience last night at Cheyenne Outback, as I sat down at the bar, the bartender with pink hair and BIG glasses, completely ignored me, and disregarded my presence and service because she was too busy talking to a man at the bar. I had to remind her multiple times for my dang beer, and she was rude every interaction. With snippy responses and a bad bad attitude. I didn’t get my coors light for at least 30 minutes. Will never be going here again. 0 stars.

First time in a very long time eating at an Outback. 1st I will say the waitress Heather was very polite and helpful answer questions and she made the experience better. I order all of my food at once when the waitress came to ask about my drink. That was 6 minutes after my arrival. The menu was intimidating because of the prices but I still ordered the new Boomerang Mozzerella sticks, a salad and a center cut sirloin with fries medium. The mozzeralla sticks looked great and tasted fine. I recommend using a spoon to put the marinara sauce on them and the eat them with a spoon or fork. They f
