​"Extremely disappointing experience. Broken machines and poor service." ​Many of the machines weren't working, and I couldn't even play the games I wanted. The staff were dismissive, claiming they were "too busy" to provide any proper explanation. It turns out some machines were just broken, and for others, you have to insert your card and wait an eternity for them to respond. ​Compared to Dave & Buster’s, the systems here are outdated and clunky. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and I don't think I'll be coming back.

Love taking my kids here. The Gold Membership is such a deal, and absolutely worth it. Most recent visit was great, I was helped by Laniyah who was very customer service oriented and super helpful. The place feels clean and safe, and my kids have a great time on the arcade games and playground zone. Definitely get the membership 👌

Bad customer service and rude people that work there. Salad bar has rotten food and you will get food poisoning. Because the lack of the employees not keeping up and when you get there, when you ask about specials or promotions 4A birthday party or a big group, they don't tell you about it. And then you find out later. That there is a better deal. Then, they're not using the back room at all. But we had a group of 12 people. And we couldn't even use one table. So we all had to sit at separate tables It is pretty sad because this place was a good place, and you get food poisoning. And the lack

Broken down carousel-- wouldn't return the points lost. Unclean tables-- had to do it myself. One of our cards broke at the handle and was told they'd replace it-- it never happened. Broken down and flickering screen on the racing game. Right behind it the photomaker machine wouldn't print pictures. Minion whack-a-mole game wouldn't spin. The closest-to-the-snack bar crab game laser shooter didn't work. The Diet Pepsi from the fountain machine was stale and tasted like ammonia. The red target remote for the Van Helsing game cannot shoot anywhere near the lower right section of the screen... M
