The food was amazing! The premium sushi actually looked and tasted premium quality! The fish was nice and thick! The presentation was beautiful! The restaurant was nice and clean! The service was outstanding! I loved being able to taste real wasabi! It elevated my sushi experience! They have a bunch of stuff on the menu! You honestly cant go wrong with anything you order, even the Brussels sprouts were phenomenal! They had a perfectly salty taste and the crunch was amazing! I highly recommend checking this place out.

We had a nice dining experience at Oni Sushi. The ambiance is relaxed yet stylish, making it a great spot for either a casual meal or a more special evening out. The menu had a wide selection of sushi, sashimi, and Japanese specialties, so there was something for everyone. Oni is a good sushi spot in the downtown Claremont location. Got the yuzu sake for some drinks, which was a bit sweet for my liking but tasty and also got the hot sake, was ok. For sushi, we got the Lion King, spider (shown in photo), and rainbow roll. They all had good size pieces of fish, moderately fresh, and had a good mix of flavors. I think they could have had more of a selection of rolls (like diff combinations of seafood in the rolls) but the ones we got gave us enough variety. Got the green tea tempura ice cream for desert; tempura was nicely fried, green tea ice cream wasn’t too bad,

I ordered Korean seafood style ramen. It had 2 mussels, 6 tiny shrimp like the fake ones from cup nuddles, the scallops were tiny too. The sushi was ok. I ordered rainbow roll. I never come back.
