We dined in and everything was perfect down to the smallest of detail. CJ and Moises Did a Fantastic job. They really take pride in their job and it shows in the quality and presentation of the food. The food actually looked like the menu board for once. And this comes from a Ex Tacobell crew trainer. Best experience in over 20 years hats off to you guys. Nice and clean Lobby was also a plus!!

Had 6 loop tacos and everyone was like this plus 4 boxes of $7 and they forgot half our stuff on door dash. They have forgot my chips and cheese 8 times with every order but haven’t complained knowing how hard times are but as a single mom of multiples this is complete bs…..

Whatever girl was working drive through at 1:50pm on Monday the 22nd needs a lesson in how to talk to people in the drive through or you need more employees so she's not frazzled. After asking if I was paying with the mobile app and I said no, literally nothing was said for a good 30 seconds. Then after asking if I can order she says yes in a tone. Maybe don't just ask one question and then not say anything to follow up like okay go ahead with your order After asking "

Ran through the drive through about 5:30 this evening to grab a drink and something small. The person at the drive through was so unbelievably rude I ended up leaving without my order. Talk about chasing business away. Tons of people working and they could clearly hear how she was yelling at customers. If they are act bothered by a person placing an order I would hate to see what they do to your food. My fault for even stopping there when Chick Fil A is across the street. I don’t expect top of the line e from Taco Bell but maybe just talk to me like I’m a human. That would be good enou
