This was our first time trying Faby’s, and overall we had a good experience. We visited on a Saturday evening and were surprised that there was only one other family dining at the time, which felt a little unusual. However, the live music was a really nice touch and added to the atmosphere. Our servers were very polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. This place is so good!!! My partner and I fully found this place by accident on Valentine's Day and I have been several times since. It's genuinely some of the best food I have had in a long time. The staff are so sweet and very friendly. I brought my parents there too. My dad ordered their salsa after our meal because he said it was the best he had ever had! It's a lovely blend of Mexican and Italian cuisine, allowing you solid pickings from both for your meal. They do look like they don't keep a whole lot of servers handy but the few I see are pretty prompt as they can be so it works out. They have a fried cheesecake offering as of recent I've been inclined to try, and often you get complimentary bean soup (not everytime, I assume it may be a lunch special thing or an impromptu choice of the kitchen). Their salsa is warm, good but not addictingly good. The vibe is solid, nothing to complain about on their end.

This truly is a hidden gem. Came here with my family, some had Italian others Mexican and burgers.. Delicious 🤤, we were so excited when they brought out homemade flour tortillas and the soup of the day ( fideo) 😳 wow. Brought me back to my childhood in TX. We found our go to place when we are in Conway. Service was great too, Friendly ladies. Keep up the good work.
