I received my order shortly after opening and the food quality was unacceptable. The guacamole was brown, the lettuce tasted dirty, and there was a bug in my food. This is a serious food safety concern. I am requesting a full refund. This is not the quality expected from that just opened at 11am store.

Food was flavorless for some reason. I had the carnitas and they tasted like boiler meat in water. Rice was cooked well, no complaints there. The music was way to loud you could hold a conversation.

Went to this location last night around 10:15ish pm and they were out of lettuce and cheese… ok cool its about to close. Go at 8:30pm today and they have no lettuce,corn, pico .. the food is good so never the problem but 8pm with no cold toppings is disappointing. Just wana spend my money😔 but we left.

It's the best one in Shelby county by far. I've hit most of them. You can order, eat, and walk out in less than 30 minutes. Stellar if you're in a hurry for a quick tasty lunch. Always satisfying. The music is very loud and a bit unnerving.
