I had an online order for drive thru pick up on 11/8 at 11:43am. First, there was an employee outside cursing leaning on a driver’s side door to a car. But that’s The least of my worries. My hashbrowns were fine. I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and an everything bagel. My everything bagel was burnt. I get these often, and I can tell the difference between the seasoning and it being too burnt. In addition, my BEC bagel had a hair in it. I turned around and went back to the store. My son was thoughtful enough to bring me coffee this morning. He knows one of my favorite cold coffee drinks is an iced caramel craze lattee. It's frustrating because several times I've ordered it and it wasn't made correctly! One morning a young man was obviously training a young woman. She questioned him about the ingredients. He actually told her NO CARAMEL goes into a caramel craze latte! As expected, it was horrible. It was really cold out this morning so my son bought me a hot latte. Not all items in menu are available, staff are not properly trained and coffee is not stirred at all. Is this the kind of coffee you want to serve? I’m disappointed with this store

This is not premium coffee. It is Dunkin' Donuts coffee, which is watered down and overpriced for the quality. It used to be my favorite. After the new owners took over, it's clear they have cut costs on everything.
