Sam's is always the place I come to for coffee. Always amazing and im not a huge coffee person. I usually get the Mary's peak or the Mocha smoothie. The cinnamon rolls are always amazing for breakfast. It was super busy which for one is a good sign, so I didnt mind the small wait for my drinks. Great place and being in a crazy area like corvallis where it is a crazy college town, this place kills it with options for everyone. 😍

My best friend took me for my birthday. We had brunch and I noticed shirred eggs on the menu. I asked my friend, "What's that?" OMG 😱 my eggs were silky smooth swimming in a bath of butter and cream that just melted on my tongue and the spinach added the perfect earthy undertone for balance. I also ordered a German Sausage that was the perfect blend of spices. My bread was so flavorful and chewy. Everything is homemade with quality fresh ingredients and love. Generally the staff was friendly (especially the nice lady at the counter!), vibes were okay. I liked the local art for sale on the walls and the music. The food was good. I however have a ton of nitpicky complaints that are minor. Like: Self serve water Dry muffins (should be served with butter to alleviate) Frittatas were very wet Jelly portion was paltry Greeting upon entry was weird.
