Honestly, I've not been to a Taco Bell for decades. But on my latest trip, my choices were limited. I must say,wow! The cantina line is truly amazing! My family and I had items from this line. The Cantina Chicken Bowl is truly a good thing! I would definitely compare it to Chipotle or Qudoba style bowls ONLY MUCH CHEAPER! Every bit as tasty and loaded with flavor. Protions are not as large as the other restaurants but for the price...definitely a worthy "knock-off".

Last nite I went thru the drive-thru at the Taco Bell on 27th & West Broadway. I ordered a Mexican pizza, two tacos, a bean burrito & churros. I brought it home & ate some of the food. The Mexican pizza tasted very odd. It was awful! The worst fast food that I have ever eaten. The churros were so hard that I had to throw them out. I felt like I was chewing on rocks. Approx. 4 hours later I was very sick. Running to the restroom & terribly sick for hours. I eventually got to bed & felt qweezy this morning. I'm not eating much today. It's food poisoning!! You people have to understand that when some restaurants are short staffed or there’s new employees that they’re trying to train or you know just anything just put your feet into those shoes. It’s hard to work at a fast food place very hard. It’s fast pace and I just don’t see them being rude because I’m the number one customer I don’t see them being rude there. They are very nice and sweet all of them, even though managers they will take care of you as long as you have a receipt people that don’t have receipts. I don’t think they should be taken care of because they use fast food like that. T

Horrible expricne due to first that they messed up my order and the old lady in the drive through order wrong after I told her 3 times I want a 3 cheese chicken flat bread melt x3 but substitute the flat bread for soft shell tortilla she ignored my request and placed the order I go in to get it replaced they make soft shell tacos instead had to go back in a second time I request for the fat shift manager was polite but said they don’t take back food already given to the customer yet they took the 3 original flatbread 3 cheese Chicken melts then the the manager made me taco with cold cheese
