What a great cat café! Had a chance to interact with some awesome cats. Fell i love with one but had to remind myself that I can't get another cat right now. Staff was great, explaining rules, answering questions and serving drinks. This place has one of the highest adoption rates in the country which is great! The first things I noticed is that the staff who work here genuinely care and you feel that from the moment you walk in. They welcome you with a genuine smile. I met Kyleigh, Jasmin and Noah who were all fantastic and made the visit really memorable. There's a separate rooms: one with adult cats and the other was full of kittens. The cafe itself isn’t horrible. However, the agreement you sign after adopting maybe needs some tweaking. The cat my family picked out was very sweet and quiet while at the cafe and we were told he’s never had any issues with other cats as he came in with his brother and mother. Since we’ve brought him home, he has been violent and unstable. The agreement says we have to take him back to the shelter he came from to them but we’re learning that this shelter is over an hour away from our home and they’re closed on Thursdays. We visited today with the intention of adopting not just one, but two kittens. At $165 per kitten, this is a significant investment, but one we were happy to make because we love animals and were excited to welcome them into our family. It has been nearly 20 years since I last adopted a kitten. Over the years, I've had four cats, all of whom lived long, happy lives of 12+ years in my home.
