Mr Lee★Soon as I walk in Raul stares at me. I stare back, waiting to be addressed. Raul says, what do you need? I said, I have cash. I’m trying to order something to eat, he again says OK what do you need? I think that that’s a terrible way to address anyone walking into a business, spending hard earned money. This was my second time there and I decided to go in and eat because it looks so nice. But the customer service wasn’t so nice. Diversity training skills or better communication training would be best for Raul in this type of professional work environment.
