Absolutely maddening experience. I pulled up to the drive through and told the person I would like iced coffee with no sugar. She put iced coffee on the screen and said pull up. I said no sugar please. She deleted it and put sugar free vanilla latte. I said no, not vanilla latte, iced coffee with no sugar. She says pull up. I pull up and repeat iced coffee, no sugar please. She says iced coffee ok. I said and no sugar. She takes my money and says nothing. I pull up to the pick up window and they hand me iced coffee and of course it has sugar in it. I said it 5 times. How hard is it. Unbelievab

I would of given it a 1 overall due to the chicken nuggets being hard and dry. The burger was ok and I couldn't complain about the service. It was the first time I tried the 5 dollar meal. Also first time trying the chicken nuggets. They were completely terrible. Cheap for what it is and wanted to try it once. That will be the only time.

59 South Waukegan is by far the nicest McDonald's I have ever been to! The staff was nice and professional. The whole atmosphere was just elegant and so clean!!! It is hard to believe as a fast food restaurant, but it is! Look at my pictures! Very well organized. Service was top notch. Thank you, Juanita! I was so impressed. Food was tasty and freshly made.
