Please stop allowing patrons to bring their dogs inside. Unless it's a service dog wearing a vest, it's completely unacceptable and unsanitary. There's also allergy issues as well as the potential the dog could harm someone like a curious child. This is a restaurant and it's rather aggravating. What happens when the dog relieves itself in the dining area? Then what? I've seen it happen and it's utterly repulsive and again, unacceptable. The dog was on the table at one point, too which is rather foul. The department of health is in agreement and will be informed. Disgusting and this is my last

My wife and I stopped for dinner about 7:00 and the place was very busy. Apparently a local grade school had an evening program that just ended and everyone decided to go to Portillo’s. A few wild 6 year old kids but that’s the parents fault, not the restaurant. The staff was temporarily overwhelmed but they caught up quickly. Kudos to the manager for keeping things moving and having the right person at the register.
