I’ve given them about 3 -5 chances. They are extremely slow every time with a prepaid mobile order. Today I ordered a bowl, walked in because the drive through was long. No one acknowledged me for about 6 minutes. Then finally the young lady asked was I picking up an order. Bowl was delicious tho!

I had a great experience at Smoothie King! A young employee named Andrew helped me, and he mentioned that he was new. You wouldn't have guessed it based on the service he provided. He took the time to walk me through the menu, explained the different options, and helped me choose a smoothie that fit what I was looking for. He even suggested a few adjustments to make sure I was getting the best value for my money without sacrificing what I wanted. By far the best Smoothie King I've been too. Evrey time I go I see the young staff working hard, the place is also clean. They greet you as you come in and make your yummy smoothie order right every single time. I also absolutely love the Bible scriptures they put in my cup. Great job management! The customer service is horrible. Slow service and half of the the employees have horrible attitudes. I'd rather pay more money at other establishments so I don't have to deal with the incompetent staff here. There's a Tropical Smoothie Cafe about 15 minutes from here with better options and much better customer service.
