I got three happy meals. One I asked for extra fry and didnt even get that. My brother ordered an iced coffee and didnt even ring it up after confirming the iced coffee he wanted. My brother doesn’t like ketchup so one of the happy meals I ordered no ketchup. He wanted cheese and the rest of the ingredients, he got maybe a drop of mustard, no cheese, and a singular pickle. Now I usually go to the McDonalds often and they are usually good. I hope their is improvement.

5-19-26 8:54pm I was at the drive thru waiting and was the only car there... waited for 1 minute nothing was said to me and another car came and they quickly took their order while I was there still waiting ... pulled up to the first window and explained to the drive thru cahier and she didn't care and all she said was did you "wanna" order. Pulled up to the second drive thru window and they told me I had to wait on top on how they ignored me and didn't take my order.... I waited 7 minutes on top of that just to get my food

This is the fourth time I've visited this location and every time I order and bacon double quarter pounder they give me no bacon I feel like it is a personal issue and it needs to be addressed. If you sell an item that includes bacon it should be constructed as so. If you don't want people to pay for bacon then

I used my physical credit card here for the first time and later the same day got fraudulent credit card charges at a smoke shop down the road called Ali Baba, I don’t even live in Delaware. I called the store and a manager named Alex answered, I told him the situation and he said “ok” and hung up on me. Beware using your card here. Now I have to get a new credit card 3 days before Christmas. It’s my first time at this McDonalds and I will never go back. I spent $7 on coffee and got $180 attempted to be stolen from me.
