Today, I visited McDonald’s and placed a simple order consisting of two Kids Meals: one with a cheeseburger and one with a 6-piece chicken nugget. When I received my order, several items were missing. I contacted the restaurant by phone to report the issue. While I was explaining the missing items, they hung up on me . I called back, and they hung up on me again . This felt very unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to resolve an order issue. *******BEWARE!!******* They will post one price on their menu board and try to charge you more. They tried to charge me 25% than the meal was listed for (the meal was not a limited time offer/coupon/app deal, it was the price they had listed on THEIR menu boards at THEIR location.) Ordered the Mcdouble meal they have listed for $4.81 and when I pulled around to the first window they told me that they would be charging $6 plus tax for it. In the state of Minnesota that is illegal. (Since 2025)

I stopped by McDonald’s and had one of their burgers, and it was really satisfying! The patty was juicy, the bun soft, and all the toppings tasted fresh. It’s exactly the kind of classic burger you crave. I also highly recommend using the McDonald’s app it makes ordering so easy, and you can often get great deals or rewards. The service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. If you love a simple, tasty burger, this is a solid choice!

4th time with Food Inaccuracy. In the cities of Eagan AND Burnsville, this Locations ranks the LOWEST easily with Food Accuracy. Extra Means to Add, NOT Remove. Disappointing
