Taizaya Martin (Tai)★Today, I visited McDonald’s and placed a simple order consisting of two Kids Meals: one with a cheeseburger and one with a 6-piece chicken nugget. When I received my order, several items were missing. I contacted the restaurant by phone to report the issue. While I was explaining the missing items, they hung up on me . I called back, and they hung up on me again . This felt very unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to resolve an order issue. Brandon Young★*******BEWARE!!******* They will post one price on their menu board and try to charge you more. They tried to charge me 25% than the meal was listed for (the meal was not a limited time offer/coupon/app deal, it was the price they had listed on THEIR menu boards at THEIR location.) Ordered the Mcdouble meal they have listed for $4.81 and when I pulled around to the first window they told me that they would be charging $6 plus tax for it. In the state of Minnesota that is illegal. (Since 2025)
