Customer service is horrible. The short lady with bangs was extremely rude. The food is overpriced, and the prices constantly change for the exact same items. Customer service is not about arguing with customers over 50 cents or a dollar. The money was never the issue. I simply wanted clarity on why I was charged four different prices for the same item on different occasions. Instead of properly explaining the pricing, honoring the last price I paid, and simply clarifying the correct price moving forward, the situation turned completely unprofessional. This is not the first time but the last. Ordered food $38, bagels , sandwich and some whitefish. The only thing that was correct in the order was the whitefish. Three 90% of it away!!!! It’s not an inviting atmosphere at all, that’s all I am going to say about that. Seriously who loads a bacon sandwich with tons of ketchup! So yeah, spend your $$$ elsewhere. It’s not cheap so move on to a place that will at least get your order correct. Oh, there were only 3 of us in there so it’s not like they were buried in the weeds.

I can't believe l've deprived myself of the joy of eating these bagels all these years. At first I thought they didn't look that appetizing but DON'T LET APPEARANCES FOOL YOU. The bagel itself has so much flavor — if I didn’t have any cream cheese I would still enjoy it! And it's kinda crispy on the outside but chewy on the inside. The more I chewed the better the bagel tasted. Also the scallion cream was excellent too. Service was very quick too despite all the other customers. Definitely going to visit again!
