“The food is very good and the service is fantastic”

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with both the food quality and customer service at this location. The sandwich was poorly assembled and appeared to have been prepared without proper care. The bread did not seem fresh, which negatively affected the overall experience. In addition, I have noticed that the quality of this location has declined significantly over the years. Some employees also appeared unprofessional and were not friendly or welcoming. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration so improvements can be made to both the food quality and customer service.

I visited McDonald’s at 1966 NJ-27 in Edison yesterday, and I had a really good experience. It’s been a long time since a McDonald’s employee actually took the time to carefully modify my order the way I requested. I asked for the burger to be made without meat, and the staff member handled it professionally and without any hesitation. The sandwich was made properly and tasted great. I truly appreciated the effort and attention to detail. Great customer service like this makes a difference. Thank you to the team at this location!

This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had at McDonald's. I found a piece of paper towel inside the patty of my burger. At first, I thought it was just a tough piece of onion fiber, but it turned out to be paper towel — absolutely revolting. I also specifically requested no pickles, and the burger even had a "no pickle" tag on it, yet it still came with pickles. On top of that, I ordered nuggets and never received them. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and will never visit this location again.

This picture was taken after I turned around to check if my kid was eating and this is the BS I saw. A burnt, disgusting bagel egg and cheese that they actually thought was okay to serve. On top of that, the drive-thru attitude was nasty and rushed, like they couldn’t care less. Horrible quality, horrible service. This location is a joke.
