Bagels and coffee were fresh and tasty but service was horrible! The cashier had a difficult time understanding when taking our simple order of bagels with cream cheese and 2 coffees. It seems to me this would be a very typical order at a bagel shop yet we had to repeat the order 3 times before she understood. She was also very, very slow, causing the line to back up unnecessarily.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about because I went here with my husband for the first time and we LOVED it! Great prices, incredible bagels and love all the indoor and outdoor seating. Will absolutely return.

I was happy to discover an eatery like OSB, that makes a decent bagel, when I moved to OKC 3 1/2 years ago. I was in Edmond at the time and went to the Covell location. We had delicious tuna sandwiches and Americanos and ate at a table in a cozy atmosphere. The place was crowded but service was prompt and friendly. We took bagels home. Since then I have been to all the locations in the Edmond/OKC area with varying degrees of enjoyment ..and when it comes to take out, this is where the problem lies. Save yourself the headache and just go to Panera I’ve been going to this place for years and it seems like every time I try to go in to support a small business it has declined further than the last time. Today was the last straw for me. I received an email promotion inviting me to come back and get a free breakfast bagel. I went in and and it was busy, but the promo was showing up in my app and I was excited. I ordered my breakfast adding on a Vanilla Latte to give some money back to the business.
