Debbie Mallick★★★Bagels and coffee were fresh and tasty but service was horrible! The cashier had a difficult time understanding when taking our simple order of bagels with cream cheese and 2 coffees. It seems to me this would be a very typical order at a bagel shop yet we had to repeat the order 3 times before she understood. She was also very, very slow, causing the line to back up unnecessarily.

We had delicious tuna sandwiches and Americanos and ate at a table in a cozy atmosphere. The place was crowded but service was prompt and friendly. We took bagels home. Since then I have been to all the locations in the Edmond/OKC area with varying degrees of enjoyment ..and when it comes to take out, this is where the problem lies. Today was the last straw for me. I received an email promotion inviting me to come back and get a free breakfast bagel.
