This was our first visit to the restaurant and we came here to finish up our sourdough pizza triangle experience. The food and drinks are lovely. The food was fantastic and we had oven roasted Brussels sprouts, goat cheese & beets salad, cheese pizza for the kids and hunt & gather pizza. Everthing we had was exceptional and please make sure you get the Brussels sprouts. They are to die for!!! The crust steals the whole show for sure! A 138‑year‑old sourdough starter that tastes like history baked into every bite. I’m a sourdough geek so I was excited to try their pizza! Tangy, chewy, perfectly crisp at the edges. The toppings were good, but the crust was guiding the entire pizza to greatness! All the pizzas we got were a hit especially the chicken with white sauce. Plus the fun drinks amplified the pizza! I’ll be back! Get there early cause it’s small inside and usually has a line! Oh lastly the tiramisu melted in your mouth with each bite!

We’ve gone a few times and the owner ( Niles ) came and sat with us and started brainstorming what kind of pizza he should enter for the pizza competition in Italy. He was so passionate about his craft and the food was perfect and very unique! Also their cocktails were delicious! It was definitely an experience I’d recommend to everyone! Kid friendly place! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. We also had a puppy un our group, who got to hang out with us under the table outside at the heated patio.

Came here on a early Wednesday evening after seeing and hearing such great things about this little place in Edmonds. The location is fine nothing special a little dark but cozy service was particularly slow for the night took awhile for the pizzas to arrive but sometimes that is tk be expected. Ordered a few drinks and a couple a pizzas maybe came in with too high of expectations. The downfall was on of the pizzas we ordered came with prosciutto as soon as we took a bite we got a surprise mouth full of paper... this was completely unexpected especially for a highly recommended establishment.
