I love this particular Bruegger’s Bagel the most. It is cozier and near other Snyder businesses. Iris is delightful and Frank does an awesome job keeping this place wonderful. This morning being the first day of spring break. Felt lazy so we ordered through door dash. Food arrived still warm and delicious. Tried the twice baked hash browns. They were phenomenal. The smokehouse brisket on jalapeño bagel was awesome. Maple French toast bagel was delicious. Food awesome. Thank you

The bagels themselves are very mid- for $5 I at least expect a bagel that’s nicely sliced and toasted with an appropriate amount of cream cheese. They half ass cut the bagel and there was barely any cream cheese on it. Also for the amount of staff they have it takes forever. I’ve given them 3 chances now and I have to assume it’s just how they are and not a one time thing. Counter staff is very nice however. This place would go out of business in 2 months in New Jersey (or most other places that have any kind of decent bagel culture)

Don't get me wrong, food here is great. However upon arriving i realized I had made a mistake and ordered for the wrong time. No big deal we were 10 minutes early and we're patient people. Gentleman with short gray hair TELLS me "If you are that close, why didn't you just come in to order" I explained that i messed up my time slot multiple times and that I had no issue waiting. He seemed annoyed. Order comes thru and they tell me theyre out of the bagel I wanted, disappointed but i picked a different one.
