WORST order pickup ever in the history of order pickup. I will never visit this store again. I thought ordering on the app will be faster but this was the longest pickup because the order was not made until I was there and it took me about 15minutes to walk there after ordering. Would have been better to order in person and the cashier was also serving so it took about 4 minutes without a queue to be spoken to.😏 The servers are the slowest I have ever seen. Theyr ice cap tastes 100% diff than the other tim hortons ice cap, maybe clean ur machine? this place is disgustingly bad the ice cap tastes like coke/expired this place really needs to get the health department to inspect, i will be calling.

Genuinely one of the worst Tim Horton’s that I’ve ever been too. They’ve never given me my order correct the first time and they make the worst coffee out of any location. Their workers are also ignorant and rude for no reason.

They ignored me at the counter for 20 minutes. The cook picked up a cup off the floor and then never washed his hands. Go there at your own risk.
