This is the better Subway in Hardin county. They take the rewards, coupons, etc and they make your sub correctly. Very polite especially the GM - Cassandra. I walked in today and she greeted me right away. Caleb made my sandwich perfect and Griffin who is training stepped up and did a great job grabbing customers and helping the drive thru. I will make the drive from Radcliff just to go here.

Do not dine here ! Rude manager and will not replace food if they mess it up. When you call to let them know the sandwich was made wrong, the staff tells you that the manager said to take your name down and you give them your name, then when you come through to get the replacement, the person speaking says they are the manager and they never take customers names down, and advises that customers are suppose to take the workers name down, but they never tell us we need to get their name to get a replacement. She also said she can only do online replacements. Then the “manager” changes her story
