Brunch at its best at The Toasted Yolk Cafe. First, I have to mention our bartender/server, Kaitlynn. We’ve been to hundreds of restaurants, and she easily made our top three servers ever. She had the exact energy and personality every great bartender or server should have. She was funny, personal, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. She absolutely set the tone for an amazing experience from the moment we sat down. The interior was very modern with great lighting and an open atmosphere. Staff was very friendly from walking in we got greeted immediately. Asked for a booth and they were all taken but they offered us a half booth which was great so my mom could sit. Our server Yazmin was wonderful and friendly. We've never been here before and she made sure we got to try their churro donuts and OMG they were so good! Warm, soft and dusted to perfection. The food came out in a good amount of time too, 10-15 min or so. I got the croissant french toast. It was okay, more cinnamon would of been good, but overall they were delicious. My breakfast sandwich was good, but my wife's breakfast tacos were extremely salty and the brisket was mostly fat. Sandwich 4 stars, tacos -1 stars. Service was adequate. Atmosphere...they had the AC so cold we considered getting our jackets from the car. Why? It was only mid 70s outside. This was our first visit to this concept and while not terrible there was nothing that would draw us back.

I must say the food is always fresh and good! Been here a few times with my whole family and we have never left short of happy! The kids love getting breakfast here, as me and my wife also greatly enjoy it. They have great coffee, and also healthy options for those that live their life around training. I order a dozen egg whites and grits every time I come here and they always hook me up!
