Always very slow, poorly designed drive through and parking lot, completely unapologetic for taking 5-7 minutes per car. My burger was also cold and raw. This location should be completely re-staffed or shut down.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. The lady in the window was extremely disrespectful and rude for no reason I told her I hope her day gets better and that seemed to make things worse. I asked for a manager in which she responded. I am the manager. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, and she told me no refused to give me a receipt handed me items that weren’t mine after trying to verify with her the correct order. If I could give this restaurant such a negative review that it shuts it down that’s what I would do. The inside was full of trash all over the floor. The manager was dressed sloppy and talking crap about customers. The food is 100% not fresh at all I’m sure if the health department came through here this place would be shut down for sure. My chicken on my spicy McChicken was cold and rubbery the fries were cold and nothing on my burger was fresh so much so that the bun was hard. This place is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever come across.

This burger is not that tasty it's just more meat.That's it? No, real flavor no real difference from anything else no creative perspective on this sandwich at all and the restaurant itself wasn't really in the cleanness condition.
