I stopped by the Yard House while in town for work and once again had a great experience. I ordered the Brussels sprouts and the Korean cheesesteak. The Brussels had a nice kick to them, but the aioli balanced it out perfectly and kept things from getting overwhelming. As a solo traveler, I often feel like I have to default to sitting at the bar, but that’s not the case here. Walking into Yard House feels like stepping into a five star steakhouse that decided to loosen its tie and throw a game on. My favorite place to dine at Rio. This place is always packed, so pack some patience if you have to wait. I enjoy their house beers- especially the House IPA, House Lager and House Golden Pilsner. For appetizers, can’t go wrong with their poke nachos, probably their signature dish. Other favorites are their wings and Jumbo pretzels. The menu is huge so there is something for everyone. My favorites are the Lobster Garlic Noodles, Stacked Turkey Club, Cobb salads and cheesesteak. Their happy hour deals are pretty good.
