Every single time I try to come to this McDonald’s it’s always one thing or another. This is like the fourth time that I’ve come and their frappe machine is “down.” Sometimes you have to wonder do these people not know that by not helping customers means they’re not gonna make money which means they’re gonna lose their jobs or does that not register with them??

This restaurant is a coin flip whether or not the orders are correct. In the last 2 years, I've lost at least 4 hours of my life going back to fix orders. They combined both pairs of customizations on all 4 burgers, and now I have to figure out how to solve this again. The last time this happens, we went back to have it remade, and they messed it up AGAIN. The night managers response? "So, do you guys want a refund?" I was online to place an order, but due to line being long I decided to do the mobile order Before they stopped serving breakfast. I finally got through the speaker at 10:32 and the worker stated that my order was canceled because they were done with breakfast and he said I can have you speak to a manager. The manager explained to me that the system automatically cancel the order if it’s past their cutoff time and refused to do my breakfast order because they said that they would have to check to see if they have Ingredients to do it. Whoever the girl that worked today around 2pm that was taking the drive-thru order had the audacity to lie that I didn’t order at the drive thru all b/c she couldn’t find my order. I wouldn’t be upset if she messed up and apologized and re-take the order at the window but she kept accusing me that I didn’t order. Two of her co-workers asked why it was taking so long and she proceeded with saying I didn’t order at the drive thru intercom. Y’all have cameras right?
