This is like the fourth time that I’ve come and their frappe machine is “down.” Sometimes you have to wonder do these people not know that by not helping customers means they’re not gonna make money which means they’re gonna lose their jobs or does that not register with them??
Austin Mercer★This restaurant is a coin flip whether or not the orders are correct. In the last 2 years, I've lost at least 4 hours of my life going back to fix orders. They combined both pairs of customizations on all 4 burgers, and now I have to figure out how to solve this again. The last time this happens, we went back to have it remade, and they messed it up AGAIN. The night managers response? "So, do you guys want a refund?"
