Courtney Reynolds★The main dishes took two hours and were missing all the sides. I called to make a reservation of four, three adults and one young child. Once we got there at 6:30pm, the place was packed with people waiting to be seated. We were packed like sardines! People inside the restaurant and in the doorway, but there were about 30-40% of tables NOT being used. They were clean, set and ready to go. I dont understand why so many people were waiting. Now once we got there I told them my name and that I have a reservation..we got seated immediately, thank god. Our waitress was super sweet and kind! We
Rebecca M★★The Outback Steakhouse in Goldsboro, NC, was near my hotel. I don't normally choose chains to dine at because I prefer mom-and-pop places. But sometimes I just need to pick from what is available. The health score was lower than I had hoped for at 91.5. I typically avoid restaurants below 95. It was not too busy when I arrived, so I was seated promptly. I saw a tablet on the table, and that likely would have been the best way to order. My waitress made her way over to take my drink order, and I just ordered my meal then too. She really pushed ordering a larger size than I wanted and appetizer
Kimberly Bush★★★★Our server was new. Super sweet but a bit overwhelmed. The manager on duty; Brad, was so professional and made us feel very welcomed. We had just arrived from a 10 1/2 drive from Alabama. We are here for a family event this weekend. Not sure what happened to our order but it was about an hour wait. Brad apologized for the delay and thanked us for being understanding with a new server. He offered to take care of our meal. It was so nice to see a leader supporting his staff as well as well making sure his guests were taken care of.

It was take out, I realized I was later they didn't give me any of the salad that came with the meal! 😳 All good overall, I was in town for my high school reunion. I've always enjoyed the portion sizes at Outback. I'm still a customer
