Ralph Yanes★So now you walk in and no one will take your order you have to do it yourself but if you go thru the drive thru they take your order. I’m paying for my food and then have to do it all myself with no discount for doing the job for them. Not coming back for crappy $12 meal.

I paid for it, got my food, drove home, and realized I was given the wrong order. I was kinda let down as I looked forward to munch away my hunger. I decided to drive back & get my proper order as I still had my receipt. As I got to the drive thru speaker, I explained what happenes, and the gentleman didn't question anything. He asked me what my original order was and to pull up to the window. I got to the window and he apologize
Live Narc Free LLC★I was highly disappointed with the lack of empathy and help on a mobile order I placed today. And came in to try to get some food. Around 730pm I place the order. Turns out I had the wrong location. But I already paid for my food. Anthony was the one who showed no interest in helping me with getting my food. I had to order again because I was hungry. Anthony seems like he's miserable. Not helping a paying customer to get my food. That way I don't have to pay twice. He could have done more. He chose not to. Shame on him.
La Toxiikaa★Staff is horrible and there’s never a manager or a team lead on site. I bought a meal here just to get old stale food the chicken smelled weird. DON’T BUY FROM HERE. Awful service
