Carisa is an amazing hostess , she was great in explaining the menu and had a bright smile all along. I had the drop out , the most buttery smooth burger I ever had , it is outstanding 👌🏾 The sweet & spicy chicken sandwich is spot on, juicy chicken and the flavor are perfect. The fries are out of the world , crunchy outside, soft inside and the seasoning was fantastic 👌🏾 Korin & team has built an amazing burger spot for the city of Grandrapids 👏🏽

This is one of my favorite spots in Grand Rapids! What I love the most is that as a vegetarian, I still get to feel like like I am getting a real smash veggie burger! My order is always the Fussy Hussy, Rust Fries and Orange Blossom Pistachio Soda. The owners and staff are so knowledgeable and kind. Try one of their unique popsicles, too! 100/10

The Group at the Black Napkin did it AGAIN, TOP SHELF 100% 25* QUALITY on the Burgers AND the Fries!!!! If I Could give this place 10stars, 100stars it STILL wouldn't be Enough!!!! The best part about our Last visit was we were FIRST in line and lemme tell you what, the Line grew Fast once we were there and probably ALWAYS will!!!
