It's your typical Bdubs. As Bdubs go, I would put this one as not my favorite. The location is well placed by Van Andle and we got in and out ok, but the service was subpar. It didn't help that someone in our group was a bit off-putting to the server from the start. So, she gets a pass cuz well...Anyway, it's ok for a Bdubs.

I guess if you aren't a regular you get ignorednbyb the bartender. Slow service. I had a tall beer and the groups that came in after me were eating before the bartender even took my order. It wasn't busy. The place was dead on a Friday evening. That should have been a red flag. We go to BDubs all over the country. This was the absolute worst one. Come on. You can do better.

To me, it’s the best spot in Grand Rapids. Excellent customer service, orders are always ready for pick-up, the flavor is amazing, the sides are perfectly crispy, and the atmosphere is outstanding.

I went in early to get a table for the Super Bowl for me and my friends. My server was fine but the table next to us had some kind of issue. When the host and other people came with the server to help clean the table up one of the girls make an extremely racists comment saying “how ghetto do you have to be” referring to the persons of color that were occupying said table. As a white woman I turned around and said “that’s not how you say that” to which she shot me a dirty look and said “okay?” In a rude tone.
